Ready to purchase a Friends of the Alexandria Zoo Membership? Great! Simply fill out the form below to purchase and we'll mail your membership card right away! Cards are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

You can purchase a FOTAZ membership through PayPal with your credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

We are currently having issues will PayPal compatibility with smart phones and tablets. Please use a desktop computer to purchase your membership online.

In order to receive your membership cards and information, all fields are REQUIRED for Household Level Memberships and above. For Individual Level, fill in "Adult #1" and all "Member Information".
